Good for the price. I ordered the padded version and was able to fit a pair of XL and M cross country skis, and 4 poles with room to spare. I bought two but only needed one bag for two full ski sets
Bought 2 sets, my son has size 13 ski boots.
Zips perfect on both sets of ski's. Got the extra padded sets. Love the product. Less mess in the car after skiing. We throw 2 sets of ski's and poles in one ski bag in the car, we don't zip it, but it protects the car from getting all wet Apres ski.

The boot bag is roomy for big boots or other gear. The bag is long and just the right length for my skis. The bag is not padded but the inside is lined with a material that i wont worry as much about in regards to sticky klister wax. More than enough room for poles and skis.
Happy I chose this set.

For flying, I used the strategy of adding my snow pants and jacket (folded long ways) to the ski bag with the skis and poles for added padding. This also made more room in my luggage!
