My granddaughter is a goalie on high School lacrosse team. She loves the bag. All her equipment fits in this bag.

My son plays goalie for his club lacrosse team, and has always struggled with the backpack-style gear bags being too small. This bag is a perfect compromise between the small backpacks and the giant duffel bags. It is big enough to keep his goalie equipment, including helmet with throat guard, as well as fitting his primary and backup goalie sticks in the slots on the outside. The bag still has plenty of room inside for keeping sweats, extra gloves or cleats, and smaller items in the mesh pockets. Even when it is full, my son (11yo) is able to carry all of his own gear using the backpack straps.
The material is strong and seems durable, and has already survived several trips and tournaments, while showing zero wear and tear. The only damage is one of the loops that attaches to the zipper pull has broken, but it was easily swapped out with a small loop of sidewall string. I do wish it had some additional vents in the main pocket to help air out the gear after practices and games, but we simply unzip the bag at home to let his gear dry. It is a great bag that is easy to find in the midst of 20 other youth lacrosse bags and it should have several more seasons of life let in it.
